memprice.info is a price comparison and tracking service. We earn money through affiliate commissions when you click a link on our site and make a purchase from a retailer.
This costs you nothing extra. The price you pay at the retailer is exactly the same whether you arrive through memprice or go directly. The retailer pays us a small percentage of the sale as a referral fee.
Retailers we have affiliate relationships with
- Amazon via the Amazon Associates programme. We are a participant in the Amazon Associates Programme, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.co.uk.
- Scan.co.uk via the Awin affiliate network.
- Ebuyer via the Awin affiliate network.
- eBay via the eBay Partner Network (EPN), an affiliate programme that pays a commission on qualifying purchases made after clicking through from our site.
We may add further retailers over time. This page will be updated when we do.
How affiliate links work
When you click a product link or a Buy button on memprice, the link contains a tracking code that identifies the visit as coming from us. If you complete a purchase within the retailer's attribution window (typically 24 hours for Amazon, 30 days for others), we receive a commission.
Not all links on memprice are affiliate links. Links to non-commercial resources, manufacturer pages, and informational content are standard links with no tracking.
Does affiliate income affect our recommendations?
No. The price table on memprice sorts every product by price per GB regardless of which retailer is cheapest or which retailer pays the highest commission. We do not promote products or retailers because they pay more. The sort order is determined entirely by price data.
We only list products from retailers we have verified as legitimate UK sellers.
Data and Privacy
What data we collect
When you use memprice, we collect:
- Price alert signups: if you use the Get Notified feature, we store your email address and the criteria you set (category, capacity, target price, condition). We use this only to send you price alerts matching your criteria.
- Usage data: we use standard analytics to understand how the site is used. This includes pages visited, time on site, and general location (country or region level). We do not collect personally identifiable information through analytics.
How we use your data
We use your email address only to send price alerts you have requested. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
You can unsubscribe from price alerts at any time using the link in any alert email we send.
Cookies
memprice uses cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies for third-party ad targeting.
